Note:
Heating works from October 15th to April 15th as per the provisions of the law (unless exceptions) during this period the highest rates are applied.
We reserve the right to apply the maximum rate, as well as in high season, in the event of holidays or special events in the area.

Overnight stay: from 25 to 35 euros per person

Children up to 6 years: also FREE breakfast
Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 Euro per person, breakfast included
Children from 12 to 18 years: 15 euros per person, breakfast included

Single use: 45 Euro / day

Internet: FREE WI-FI

In case of cancellation we apply the following conditions:

from 1 week to 3 days before: we keep the confirmation deposit of 30%

from 2 to 1 day before: 1 night at full rate + 30% deposit

the same day:

up to 3 nights: the entire amount of the booked period,
if over: the first 3 nights at full rate + 30% down payment.
